What to Expect in Our Office
We strive to provide our patients a positive experience in our office and have created a treatment process for your first appointment. Need an appointment? Call us at (214) 618-3750.
New Patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete any forms. We strive to stay on schedule and respect your time. New patients may require as much as 60 minutes for their initial evaluation depending on their condition.
During your first appointment with Dr. Dobry, he will typically:
- Discuss any questions/concerns about your feet, ankles, and legs.
- Take X-Rays in our office to aid in the proper diagnosis of the problem(s). Please notify us if you are pregnant.
- Diagnose and formulate a conservative and/or a surgical treatment plan. For conditions such as: fungal or diseased toenails and/or skin, ingrown toenails, arthritis, bunions, corns, calluses, cysts, heel pain/spurs, Morton's neuroma, hammertoes, skin or bone infections, and plantar fasciitis. Dr Dobry will exhaust all conservative treatments before surgery.
- Prescribe, fabricate impressions for, and dispense custom molded foot orthotics for patients with a need for these medical devices, or at patient’s request.
- Write prescriptions for medicines, creams, or diagnostic procedures for patients.
- Schedule follow up visit(s) and/or surgery to correct the problem(s).
- Follow up with referring doctors to ensure comprehensive patient care.
